About Us

Laura's Ragdolls is a small, home-based cattery in Platte City, Missouri, serving the Northwest Missouri and greater Kansas City Metro area.

Our mission is to produce healthy, happy, and beautiful Ragdoll kittens and cats that are well-socialized, family-ready, and truly loved.

​

My husband, Tory, bought me my first Ragdoll kitten, Ophelia, as an engagement gift, and I immediately fell in love with the breed. As a mom of six, the birthing process naturally aligns with my love of motherhood, cats, and family.

All six of our children help Tory and me with our cattery. Our kittens are very socialized with children, dogs, and older house cats. Since I work from home, I'm blessed with the time and space to create a loving and safe environment for all of our cats.
